Vickers Neal Recruitment Solutions are currently working with TruTac based at their offices on the Westwood Business Park in Coventry.
Due to recent growth, they are looking for a Sales Manager. This includes field sales and occasional overnight stays. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established software company who specialise in transportation – SaaS, Tachographs, Compliance, with a great working atmosphere.
Generate own leads and appointments
Close business and achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop new business pipeline and grow relationships
Develop and maintain a customer CRM database and diaries
Liaise and attend meetings and events with sales and marketing team
Work with Sales support team on agreed targets
Attend networking events and use initiative to develop opportunities
Work with marketing on campaigns and diligently follow up leads
Exceptional sales skills are essential
Must be able to work on own initiative
Needs to be smart, polished and reliable!
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Clean Driving licence
Ideally you should have either information technology and software sales experience or commercial transportation industry related knowledge, but general sales background would be considered. Must be results driven, motivated and reliable!

25 days Holiday (not inc bank hols)
SALARY: £26,000 – £30,000 basic (depending on experience) + car or car allowance (after completing successful probation period) + uncapped commission –Pension, Healthcare, Laptop, Mobile. OTE £40,000 – £45,000
