Based in Warwick, Elegant Clutter Ltd are a leading supplier of bespoke artwork and sculpture to the restaurant, bar and hotel industries in the UK and Europe.

Due to their continued success we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Artwork Project Manager or Junior Artwork Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Artwork or Junior Artwork Project Manager will manage bespoke artwork and sculpture projects from design through to completion and installation. The majority of the artwork content for their clients is designed and produced in house. The ability to spin several plates at the same time whilst keeping a smile on your face is a pre-requisite!
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Take ownership and oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are on track

The ideal candidate will combine excellent organisation skills with the ability to be creative and to generate ideas. Suitable applicants may have experience in account management within a marketing agency or other creative organisation. Qualified project managers from within the hospitality, construction or procurement sectors with a keen interest in art and design would also be considered. The applicant will typically have a degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

They will be confident enough to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will perform a variety of tasks as well as lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Key Responsibilities
·Proactive management of your own portfolio of accounts/clients including interior designers, restaurants, hotel owners/operators and hospitality procurement companies.
·Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
·Interpretation and development of briefs to ensure artwork package fits the design aesthetic and budget stipulated by client.
·Briefing and guidance of our design studio to ensure the artwork research and design proposals are industry leading.
·Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
·Preparing and co-ordinating project costings and issuing of timely quotations to clients
·Site meeting and surveys to refine artwork proposal and prepare risk assessment or method statements as required.
·Working with our manufacturing teams to develop artwork and sculptural specifications for production
·Procurement and outsourcing of project components when appropriate
·Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
·Management of artwork installation working alongside logistics department and our installation technicians.
·Financial management of the project throughout to ensure all installations are profitable.
·Working with Commercial Director on financial forecasting of project value and timescales

Essential Skills
·Proven working experience in a project management environment
·To be naturally client focussed and able to manage a diverse range of situations
·A positive and assertive disposition suitable for managing pressurised projects
·A good eye for design
·Good advance planning skills for all stages of a project. PRINCE or other formal Project Management experience would be advantageous
·Strong research and procurement skills
·Excellent communicator at all levels with clients and suppliers
·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
·Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
·Ability to quickly understand numbers and prices to be able to easily negotiate financial terms with clients
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Experience of the Interior Design industry would be highly advantageous
·Able to come up with practical solutions and plenty of common sense!
·Ability to manage small teams
